About payments
Checkout and invoices on this page are for Tri-State Homeowner Report sponsorship and directory placement fees only (Featured, Category Partner, or Founding).
We do not collect homeowner payments for contractor jobs, hold project funds, or process payments on behalf of contractors. Hiring and paying a contractor is between the homeowner and the business.
Refunds & cancellation
Monthly sponsorships (Featured $79 / Category Partner $250 / Founding $500) renew each month until canceled.
Email hello@tristatehomeownerreport.com to cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
If a placement was not applied after a successful payment, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix the listing or refund that month’s fee. Chargebacks for completed placements are not a substitute for cancellation.
Paid placement is advertising, not an endorsement. Homeowners should verify licensing and insurance themselves. We do not sell guaranteed leads or impression counts.
